Our Process

Irrespective of the level of the job, we develop a tailored recruitment campaign with clear parameters for candidate search and a timeline for project delivery.  

What you can expect when you engage Index. to fill your next role:

  • An initial meeting where we collaborate with you to clearly define desired candidates’ profiles (essential vs desired competencies).

  • Within five working days, we will provide you with an overview of the candidate landscape, level of skills and expertise found in the industry, candidate availability, and provide you with benchmark CVs and candidates’ salary expectations. During this meeting, we will capture your feedback to refine the candidate profile and update search parameters.

  • We will then launch a full-scale search project that will include a public advertising campaign (branded or non-branded), reaching out to professional networks, and database searches. Normally, this stage takes two weeks, but the strategy and process can vary depending on your specific requirements and level of urgency.

  • Upon completing the search campaign, we will provide you with a shortlist of candidates with summary notes on each candidate. We then facilitate interview scheduling, candidate briefing and debriefing.

  • Following the initial round of interviews, we receive your feedback and seek confirmation of your desire to either advance select candidates to second interviews or undertake an additional wider or more granular search and screening campaign.

  • The second round of interviews is conducted. We initiate reference checking for your preferred candidates.  

  • Upon completion of the final round of interviews, we will seek confirmation of your desire to proceed to the offer stage. At this stage we can facilitate psychological personality profiling (additional charges apply) and seek additional references. We will then mediate negotiation between you and the candidate regarding the salary package, start date, and any other employment terms and conditions.  

  • Placement is made. Unsuccessful candidates are notified and provided with feedback.

 

During this process, we work with you with transparency and collaboration in mind at every step of the way. We have full confidence in our processes and offer a six-month replacement warranty.
